We want to make your first visit to our office as comfortable and enjoyable as if you had been coming to us for years.

New Patient Exam

We understand that many people have different needs and expectations about dentistry. During your new patient exam, we will get to know one another, answer your questions and discuss your concerns.

In most cases, on this visit, in addition to a thorough examination, we will also clean your teeth and take digital x-rays, as indicated.

Listening is Important

Dr. Lake is committed to providing the highest level of care for you and your family. He and his staff take pride in their ability to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and keep you updated on treatment progress. Most of all, they believe in treating you as they would a member of their own family, with a relationship built on mutual trust.

Recommendations First, Treatment Second

After careful review and study of all diagnostic information gathered, Dr. Lake will present his recommendations and options for treatment, length of care and cost.

In order to keep you fully informed you will be provided, prior to any treatment rendered, a complete treatment plan. This will include a complete breakdown of our fees and when indicated, an estimate of your insurance benefit.  We will ask for either full or partial payment at the time of service, depending upon your insurance coverage.

Patient Forms

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
